METHODS

  1. Cut the meat into pieces according to the desired size, flavor the meat with spices, salt, and pepper, then set up 3 cups of water over the meat and leave for approximately 5 minutes until the flavors infuse.
  2. Place the meat on low heat for an hour until it is done.
